• It comes after Iran said it remains optimistic about revival of nuclear deal 
• Negotiations to restore the deal began in Vienna in 2021 

• Iran has threatened to rapidly 'build nuclear warheads' capable of 'turning New York into hellish ruins' if the US 'makes any stupid mistakes.'

  Ben Sabti, an Iran expert, tweeted that an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) telegram channel threatened to produce atomic warhead for missiles.

  The channel's message is: 'Iran can immediately return to Emad project and build an atomic bomb if Natanz facilities are attacked.'

  An Emad is an Iranian long-range missile. 

  The IRGC-linked Bisimchi Media (Radioman Media) posted the video on its Telegram channel titled 'When Will Iran's Sleeping Nuclear Warheads Awaken.'
